Remodel plumbing is the wet-space scope of a kitchen or bathroom renovation. That means the supply lines, the drain lines, the vent lines, the shutoff valves, the rough-ins for new fixtures, the tub or shower install, the toilet swap, the vanity hookup, the kitchen sink install, the dishwasher and refrigerator water lines, and the trim-out that connects the visible fixtures to the rough-in we ran earlier in the project. We coordinate with your general contractor when there is one, or we work directly with you when you’re managing the project yourself.

What we don’t do: sheetrock, drywall finishing, paint, tile, cabinetry, electrical, framing, or general contracting. That isn’t our scope, and pretending otherwise would mean either lower-quality work outside our trade or a higher bill for trades we don’t actually staff. Per the Joint Center for Housing Studies of Harvard University, U.S. homeowners spent more than $570 billion on improvements and repairs in a recent year, much of it on bathroom and kitchen renovations. With that kind of spend on the line, hiring trade specialists for each scope (plumber, electrician, drywall, tile) consistently produces better results than hiring one generalist to do all of them.
